Two night minimum
$400.00 for two nights midweek (Mon thru Thurs) all year
$400.00 for two nights weekend out of season (January 2 thru March 31)
$450.00 for two night weekend within season (April 1 thru January 1)
$100.00 for each additional night all year
$950.00 for one week within season

 

Rates are based on six-person occupancy
Additional guests: $15.00 per person per night
$100.00 reservation fee - refundable within 30 days notice

A 2% occupancy tax is being collected in accordance with the tax code of the County of Warren.

Fee for use of outdoor hot-tub:
$50.00 for two day weekend plus $10.00 for each additional day

No pets please. An outside kennel is available
